Dried paste floor. Paste wax requires time patience and a lot of elbow action to apply it to a piece of furniture. Many waxes are no buff and will remain glossy with no further effort. To apply paste wax start by dampening a lint free cloth such as a shop cloth linen dish towel or old t shirt with warm water and a tiny dab of oil based furniture soap.
